Membership Renewal Notices
TVAUG uses the MailChimp application to send email reminders out regarding your membership renewal. Reminders are sent out the month before your membership is about to expire. If you do not renew, reminders are then sent out after 30, 60, and 90 days. The 90-day reminder notifies you that your account will be deleted the following month and that you will have to join as a new member should you wish to re-join.
Below are some screenshots of the various reminders…
Upcoming Expiration Reminder
NOTE: the example below is a test message. The “<<Test EOT-Date>>” is automatically filled in with your account’s subscription expiration date (“End-of-Term”).
30-Day and 60-Day Reminders
The 30-Day and 60-Day Reminder notices are basically the same as above except for the first paragraph as show in the 2 example screenshots below. It states the day your membership expired. As above, “<<Test EOT-Date>>” is automatically filled in with your “End-of-Term” or membership subscription expiration date.
90-Day Final Reminder
The reminder you receive if your membership expired over 90 days ago is a bit different. In addition to it specifying the date your membership expired, it also has this paragraph letting you know that your account will be completely deleted from our membership database and that you will have to re-join as a new member should you wish to do so.
